I went there this evening to just purchase desserts and the lady told me 20 minutes just for 4 pieces of cake. So my family and I gave the restaurant 20 minutes to prepare them. I went into the main entrance since this was my first time here and a waitress told me to go to the to-go area and I did so. I stood at the counter for over 10 minutes and more then 5 people saw me standing at the counter and not a single person assisted me until I came around the corner and said something. The waitress that initially told me where to go for my to-go order tried to take my order but I explained to her that I called it in 20 minutes prior to arrival. Then I told the lady in all black told me my order was ready and left on the counter. But there were only doordash orders and not mine. So they scramble to go get my order together and it's been 20 minutes or more while my family waits in the car. So they gave my order, the containers weren't closed all the way and packed like crap. I got charged full price and no receipt printed to sign or take. The staff said there wasn't a manager available to put in the password apparently and they had me sign the actual bottom of the order booklet. I hope o

I got the Mixed Seafood Tutto Mare and it was above and beyond my expectations. It’s hard to find true Italian cuisine around here but this place is delicious. Last time I got the Lobster Ravioli and it was delicious as well. The ladies who help with the bread, drinks and boxes at the end are extremely helpful and kind. But the servers kind of let the work fall onto them. One of the 2 servers on the floor had a terrible look on her face the entire time we were there. Staring down everyone in the room. Our waitress stopped by our table 2 times. The helpers came by about 5 or 6 times. The waitress dropped off our food and it had to be auctioned off. It was my boyfriend and I and she didn’t even know who got what. After food was dropped she never came back until the helpers boxed our food for us. Her dropping the check was the second time. I tipped accordingly because what did she even do? Actual fine dining servers check back after the food has hit the table to make sure everything came out well and that never happened. This was the worst dining experience of 2026! Party of two was seated quickly, and I had time to read that night's special: ribeye with shrimp fettuccine, and vegetables. The waiter was slow, no sense of urgency and she gave us bread and water while taking our drink order. Once she returned with our drinks. We placed our food order. I ordered the "special" medium rare. My wife ordered the chicken Picata. After 30 minutes of waiting with no drink refills, no courtesy check while we waited as they prepared our food. Finally our food was brought to our table!! It was the sadness excuse of a ribeye, I had ever seen. The steak was thin, salty, and over cooked, and not a single shrimp with my fettuccine.🍤🤷‍♂️ The Chicken Picata was flavorless, but cooked nicely. The noodles were lifeless and sticky. The décor was dated to say the least, and the acoustics of the restaurant was horrible. We could clearly make out conversations from across the restaurant as all the sounds bounced off the cheaply painted walls. We spoke softly, and complained about the experience among ourselves. We had a great experience at Ray's Italian Bistro. The food was fresh, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, making it a great place to relax and enjoy a meal. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcome. If you're looking for delicious Italian food in Midland, I highly recommend this place. We'll definitely be back!

Ordered 5 plates of chicken Alfredo to go to tak to location 1 hour away and arrived to 5 plates of pasta and no chicken really disappointed food is usually good top it off the gentleman waiting for the food wet ere quite upset. Pretty messed up worst part it they are closed so can’t call to let them know smh. They
